TIPS provides a process to eliminate purchasing related stress for governmental and organizational entities. All our contracts are EDGAR compliant and we are HUB certified.

We have the following TIPS awarded contracts:

  • Job Order Contracting
  • Trades, Labor and Materials (JOC)
  • Synthetic or Natural Sports Fields, Courts or Tracks (JOC)

The Interlocal Purchasing System currently serves entities such as state and local governments and non-profit organizations, including but not limited to:

  • K-12 school districts
  • Charter Schools
  • Public and Private Colleges and Universities
  • Cities/Municipalities
  • Counties
  • State Agencies
  • Emergency Services Districts
  • Non-profit organization as defined by the Internal Revenue Service
  • Other entities with legislated purchasing/bidding requirements
