Harbor Freight

Archer Construction & Design was the Contractor for the new Harbor Freight facility in Paris, Texas. The $2.2M, 15,000 SF facility is a pre-engineered metal building on fiber re-inforced concrete with standard interior finishes. The project was completed in budget and on time meeting their scheduled opening date.
