Archer Construction & Design was the contractor for Paris’ newest restaurant, Bonfire. It is located in Paris’ historic district and totals 4,945 SF with a seating capacity of 147. The interior is complete with high end finishes that includes a copper ceiling, hammered copper bar top, and stained glass made by a local artisan, to name a few. The state-of-the-art kitchen includes an open live fire grill with top-of-the-line kitchen equipment, walk in coolers and has a CaptivAir ventilation system. To keep with the historic nature of the building, the exterior brick was restored as well as the wood storefront, wood doors and windows.
